Tranmere Rovers winger available for Seychelles encounter
Abdulai Baggie has been named in Sierra Leone’s national squad that will take on Seychelles in Freetown July 19 2014 for the 2015 Nations Cup qualifier.
According to his club, SEM Sports UK understands the winger will be available to head Coach Johnny McKinstry for selection.
Baggie has been a regular in the Sierra Leone squad over the last 12 months with four caps for his native country.
“It’s great whenever any player is selected by their country and I’m really pleased for Baggie.
“Hopefully he’ll get some valuable time on the pitch under his belt and pick up another cap,” Tranmere Manager Rob Edward told club website.
Bell-baggie is one of the 18 foreign based players called up for the first leg of the second round tie.
Baggie 22, was very much instrumental in both encounters against Swaziland.
