Robin Faley – The new hero of the east celebrates one year in of APC in style

The celebration took the form of a masquerade parade through the main streets of Segbwema bringing onboard all facets of youths and women from different political, ethnic belongings.
Hon. Robin Faley also took time to address the exacting mammoth gathering that the APC is in the chiefdom and Kailahun District to stay to make inroads in the said strong holds of the SLPP.
He openly stressed that years back the residents were in political jail in the hands of the SLPP but he sacrificed himself to free his people from that political bondage and therefore called on those who are yet to accept the APC to think again before it’s too late because the APC party is a national party that has no barrier when it comes to the implementation of the political ideology and their development strides.
Although the occasion considered with the inauguration of the newly appointed Chiefdom Speaker of Njaluahun Chiefdom, 100s of youths joined the celebration of the Honourable chanting and praising him as the new hero of the east.
Njaluahun Chiefdom, has always been known as one of the strongest holds of the main opposition the Sierra Leone Peoples Party (SLPP) as the use of the APC party symbol or outfit were not common.
However, it as now emerged clearly that since the emergence of Hon. Robin Faley into the folds of the ruling APC has somehow become a household name not only in the chiefdom but in the entire Kailahun District and the country as a whole evidenced in the just concluded bye-election in Constituency 001 where the APC use to get less than 4% the party now able to secure 30.4% of total valid votes cast.
Residents of Segbwema now see Hon. Robin Faley as the new hero of the east especially when the likes of former SLPP Chairman and Leader, John Oponjo Benjamin among others are gradually disappearing into political wilderness.

Some of the residents have even gone on to appeal to the government and President Ernest Bai Koroma to empower the Honourable so that his ideologies will continue to penetrate SLPP’s strong holds.
A stalwart of the SLPP, Musa Brima revealed to this medium that the biggest mistake the SLPP party made was to let the energetic and charismatic Hon. Robin Faley defect to the APC and described the honourable’s defection was the biggest political blow to the SLPP.
It has now emerged clearly that Hon. Robin Faley is now the real tormentor in the east since most of the youth and women now see him as their idol.
Madam Jenneh Sulleh in her contribution stated that any well meaning parent from that region should support the ideology of the honourable as it seems he is the one that will redeem the Eastern region for the enhancement and development of their children, adding, “the Honourable puts premium on education especially for the girl child, he sees no political colour when it comes to rendering assistance to the district unlike his political opponents that have been in politics long before him”.
Most of the resident commended the honourable for his laudable innovations to the development of the district especially in the areas of education, health service delivery and youth and women empowerment and cultural diversity.
