Speaking to hundreds of youths at Upper Bombay Street where he donated ten bags of cement for the maintenance of the street and the clearing of drainages, the MP said he took up the venture to ensure that his constituents have proper road network and to see that all drainages were well kept to discourage the breeding of mosquitoes and reduce the incidence of malaria and other illnesses.

He commended the youths for coming out in their number to take active part in the cleaning exercise and assured them of his continued support, adding that he has used his own resources to do the cleaning and not from the government.

The Chairman of Upper Bombay Street, Mr. Obar Kamara commanded the MP for providing logistics including 10 bags of cement to repair the drainages, noting that as a community they will work with him in actualizing his dream for the people.

Similar work was also carried out at Owen Street in the Fullah Town community including the massive construction of steps liking the mountainous areas.
