Principals Cry Over WASSCE Results
Principals countrywide have expressed dismay over the poor performance of pupils in the recently concluded WASSCE examinations as shown by the results.
The poor result output has also been cause for concern for numerous parents in the country. The spate of bad results is now the prevailing problem in the country. The poor results have been blamed on the performance and administration of the present Minister of Education.
This recent result has blown an alarm that the worse has happened and this is a problem that has been seen even in grade a schools like the Albert Academy and the Annie Welsh School. “There is little to be proud of as their performance is below expectations,” complained one parent in a tearful manner who said all her money is going in vain.
The bad results have also been attributed to the lack of teachers and poor learning materials in institutions of learning.
