FBC Students Matter Comes Up
Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Court No.1 on Monday 1st October 2018 refused bail to six Climax Club members, who are students of Fourah Bay College (FBC) for conspiracy contrary to law.
The witness testified that he recognized the accused persons in the dock and recalled the 14th of July this year which was the day of the incident.
The six accused persons include Amara Mukeh, Abass Sesay, David Ricott Olatunde Williams, Dennis Holland, Francis Mafinandas and Laurence Lahai.
The accused were represented by lawyers CT Taylor, CJ Kamara, S. Bah, JM Jengo and A. Kamara. The defense lawyer applied for bail but they were not encouraged by the benched and their detention to the male Correctional Centre was ordered.
The matter which was adjourned to October 8th is prosecuted by AJM Bockarie.
