Police Intensify Okada Raid
A combined team of Police Officers headed by the District Traffic Officer (DTO) of Eastern Police Divisional Headquarters, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Saidu Mike Kargbo has disclosed to this press that the Police will leave no stone unturned to stop Motor Bikes from plying within Central Business District (CBD).
According to ASP Mike Kargbo, Police personnel’s who are in the habit of running Okada as business should stop forthwith if not firm disciplinary action will be taken against them.
He added that Okada riders who are in the habit of taking the law into their own hands should stop forthwith if not the law will not take kindly to them.
He highlighted among other things that there are lot of other areas where Okadas can ply with ease rather than entering the Central Business District.
