Deputy Mayor Madam Mary Hannah Jaiah sidelined
Reports reaching this press have stated that the Deputy Mayor of the Freetown City Council (FCC) Madam Mary Hannah Jaiah has been sidelined by her Boss His Worship Sam Franklyn Bode Gibson.
The reports continued that ever since the Deputy Mayor won the election her projects are always rejected by Mayor Bode Gibson.
Sources say Mayor Bode Gibson was not in support of Mary Hannah Jaiah’s candidature to become Deputy Mayor of the Freetown City Council. Even after her success she has suffered and still continue to suffer in the hands of this crude city father.
Reports indicated that there are several other Councilors who have being marginalized along side the Deputy Mayor because they voted for Madam Mary Hannah Jaiah.
One of the Councilors who preferred anonymity told this press that as long as you are not in the good books of Mayor Gibson, you are bound to suffer in the Council and all your projects will perish.
According to the Councilor very soon they are going to stage a massive demonstration against Mayor Sam Franklyn Bode Gibson, that they don’t want him anymore as he should vacate office as they did to Mayor Winstanley Bankole-Johnston.
