The Ministry of Health and Sanitation, in partnership with other health institutions, has been disbursing colossal sums of money to combat the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone.

Many departments and agencies have been given huge sums of money for anti-Ebola activities such as awareness raising campaigns. That is fine.

But the curious creature, knowing his fellow citizens to be prone to corruption, is wondering whether a larger portion of such fabulous monies disbursed are actually expended on Ebola or diverted to private pockets.
