Plan donate to MSWGCA
Plan Sierra Leone yesterday, 9th June 2014, donated 7 imported tables and chairs, 6 desktop computers, HP laser jet printer, photocopier, laptop, 2 book shelves, 6 wooden chairs, 3 standing fans, and a lot of office items to the Ministry of Social Welfare, Gender and Children’s Affairs (MSWGCA).
Plan Sierra Leone, a children’s rights organization made the donation under these terms:
Firstly, that the items donated are to be used solely for the purpose of strengthening child protection systems in Sierra Leone from the date of receipt of the assets.
Secondly, that plan, Sierra Leone acting on behalf of the donor reserves the right to withdraw the asset(s) from MSWGCA in case of misuse.
Thirdly, that MSWGCA is wholly responsible for any maintenance of the assets and all other costs related to the usage of the asset for the entire period while the assets remain in the custody of MSWGCA.
