London Mining meets the Parliamentary Oversight Committee on Labour

Freetown- 25 October 2013 – London Mining Management Statement

London Mining announced it met yesterday with members of the Serra Leone Parliamentary Oversight Committee on Labour to present documentation related to human resources, payroll and work and residence permits for its expatriate staff. Due to the unavailability of its Human Resource Manager, because of sickness, it will meet again next week with the Committee.

London Mining welcomes the labour audit and finds the process useful. It will continue to work in partnership with the Government of Sierra Leone and Parliament to build a better and more prosperous Sierra Leone.
