FAWE Head Teacher exposed in Sierra Leone

The source further explained that Mrs. Sesay has been conniving with some officials of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology to receive salaries of teachers who do not exist.
The source also stated that there are teachers in that school who are not receiving their salaries but are only given small allowances at the end of the month.
In an interview with the Secretary General of the Sierra Leone’s Teachers Union, Mr. Davidson Kuyateh, he said the issue of ghost teachers is of grave concern to them and that they seriously fighting against it.
He disclosed that of the 400 teachers that were reportedly suspended in August this year, the name of Mrs. Agnes N’kala was among. He said he was surprised to discover that Mrs. Agnes N’kala had died in 2010.
All efforts to get the reaction of Mrs. Augusta B. Sesay to these allegations were unsuccessful as she refused to talk to this Reporter.
