APC Chairman in fraud
Sidique Mansaray, All Peoples Congress (APC) Chairman in Constituency 62,Tonkolili District, is alleged to be receiving salary as a teacher from the DEC School in a village called Makeni in Yonibana Chiefdom although he has never been teaching.
Competent sources have disclosed that his pin code is 354324. His monthly salary is said to be Le352,123 and he is reported to have been receiving the salary for the past two years, an act which many be described as flagrant fraud, that must not go unpunished.
A disgruntled teacher who prefers anonymity has called on the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to investigate the matter and bring to book Mr. Mansaray. The teacher added that they have been advising Mr. Mansaray to desist from receiving the salary but this advice has been falling on deaf ears as he continues to receive the salary with impunity.
Contacted via telephone, Sidique Mansaray told this reporter to cross check the information with the Education Ministry.
In a separate development, the Principal of the Ansarul Islamic Secondary in Mile 91, James Sampha Kamara, who impregnated two school pupils and was, consequently, arrested and detained by the police, has been granted bail but is yet to be charged to court and he is now busy bragging that he has the police in his pocket and that nothing will come out of the case.
