Supporters are happy that kick-offs are taken on time with admirable and good refereeing, friendly media coverage, and publicity, and above all adequate security presence at all matches. “I’m well pleased with what I’ve seen so far”, YZK master tactician, Coach Zee revealed.
“We have not organized this competition to favor any community but for a team to lift the trophy that team must do it on merit, chief organizer, Alhaji Tarawally insisted.
The champion of this competition will bag a gold trophy and the sum of Le 3 million, runners –up will also bag a trophy plus the sum of Le1.5 million and the 3rd place winner will clinch the sum of Le500,000.
There will also be 60 certificates to grab at the grand finals, Alhaji Tarawally said.
Ex-Old Edwardians Team Manager and EE Lions Vice Chairman, Mr. Brima Keita is the sole sponsor of the competition that is tagged ‘Non-violence football competition.’
