Kamukeh and Madina Bonkoboh endorse Femi Mansaray

Residents of Kamukeh Chiefdom and Madina Bonkoboh predominantly Mandingoes in Kasonkoh, Koinadugu District north of Sierra Leone endorsed the Bafodia born Akmed Femi Mansaray for Constituency 47

The much sought after 2012 elections slated for November 17th this year will see Mr. Femi into office according to people of the constituency.  Speaking on the approval of Mr. Femi, the aspirant Section and Town Chief of Madina Bonkoboh Mohamed Sillah said since the origin of the politics of this country they had being strong supporters of the APC led government, even though they decided to sympathize with the Sierra Leone People Party in 2007 for the sake of Dr. Akmed Tejan Kabba whose religion matches theirs.

He noted also that their loyalties for the SLPP was feign as it points towards their religious concepts and not national dreams, and stated that they have returned back to their party and will demonstrate that with a massive voters support come November polls for the APC.

He stated articulately that Honorable Philipson Kamara of Constituency 47, 38 years political experience is nothing to write home about, as there is nothing to show or reflect to the community as it is seriously lacking behind in terms  of developmental project.

Alpha Salifu Kamara, Town Chief of Kambia section in Kamukeh Chiefdom lent his voice to the matter by saying that they have been voting in so many elections with little rewards or benefit as roads, Health Center and Transportation continues to be a very big challenge in their community, he continued by saying the poor infrastructure has served as a crippling factor to farmers as farm produce which should be transported to the Capital of Freetown is transported to foreign countries.

The current Honorable Member of Parliament Philipson Kamara is considered as a failure to the people of the constituency as many are complaining that he has outlived his presence in office.

During the nine day tour in Kamukeh and Kasonkoh Chiefdom in the Koinadugu District Akmed said the motive of this tour is for Kamukeh and Kasonkoh Chiefdoms to know each other, and extend thanks for their time and effort in registering in their numbers for the November Polls, and his intention to run for office in the 2012 Elections.

He said if he is voted into office he will channel massive development programs in the Constituency.
