Wusum Stars Get New TM
Ahmed Sherriff AKA (Pele) has been appointed as Team Manager (TM) of the Makeni football Club, Wusum Stars barely three weeks ago.
He said his new appointment came in recently as a result of the series of bad performances the club has maintained over the last football season as they fought hard to save above the relegation zone.
Speaking in an interview with Sierra Express Sport producer, Mr. Sherriff said his appointment as team manager has brought a streak of fortune as the team has begun overturning its results as they currently lay third position in the ongoing Sierra Leone Premier League campaign.
Mr. Sherriff said his executive had appointed Samuel Enam Lamptey, a Ghanaian Grade ‘B’ FIFA License Coach as the new coach of the club and he has begun to perform wonders. TM said the Ghanaian born coach is highly experienced as he has managed several successful football clubs in the sub-Region.
TM Sheriff called on all stakeholders of the club to help by changing the club’s fortune and sustain it current glory.
