Big guns fall as Kamboi Eagles maintain lead

East End Lions (defending champions) have played 3 matches, drew one, and lost 2, with 1 point. Lions lost to Bo Rangers 2-0 in Bo on Friday. In their first match they lost 2-1 to Ports Authority and drew 0-0 with FC Kallon. The Kallon Boys have played two matches and drew two with two points, no goal in favour and no goal against. FC Kallon drew with the league leaders Kamboi Eagles 0-0 in Kenema. Kamboi Eagles are leading the league table with 11 points in the five matches played.

Kamboi Eagles are closely followed by Ports with 10 points, Wusum Stars 10 and Bo Rangers 9 points. Blackpool is the other big club that has played 3 matches with one point. Meanwhile sources reaching this page state that the postponed matches between Wusum Stars and Mighty Blackpool and Area Best Vs Ports Authority will now take place on the 9th and 10th AprilĀ  respectively at the newly constructed Wusum Field in Makeni.
