Dangawalie, 29 others to engage Canadian counterparts
Patrick Dangawalie, chairman of Sierra Leone Overseas Social and Soccer Association (SLOSSA) based in the United States of America informed Sierra Express Media that his body has arranged to play two international friendly matches against their Sierra Leonean veteran counterparts based in Canada on the 30th June and 1st July 2012 in Toronto.
Patrick Dangawalie said the traveling team will comprise 30-persons including the players from England on the 28th and 29th of May 2012.
The Head Coach, Mohamed Sasso said the team is currently undergoing intensive training sessions and revealed that notable names like Junior Parade, Abu Dyfan, John Dumbuya, Leslie Allen and vice chairman Lamin Kamara will make the trip.
The team captain, Sylbil Decker said he is optimistic of winning both matches in Canada as they are yet to lose a single match since their participation in the 50th Independence Anniversary celebration matches in Freetown.
Vice chairman, Mr. Lamin Kamara said lodging, transportation and feeding have been provided in abundance.
