CID captures two Congolese dupers
Two Congolese nationals, Issac Kele Kele Kasomgu and Benjamin Muyombo residing at the Taia Rosort Hotel, Aberdeen, were apprehended on Tuesday following a report made against them by a African-American woman (name withheld) at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in Freetown that they defrauded her.
CID sources say the two Congolese posed as valid diamond dealers and conspired with 419ers to defraud the American the sum of US $3,000 in turn for diamonds.
The same CID source say the woman reported the matter to them upon noticing that she has been duped after she was convinced into doing business with the two.
Meanwhile, both are now helping the police in their investigations.

24th May 2012Are the two suspects true nationals of CONGO? I doubt it.
Many 419s have been able obtaining fake identification cards from various African countries, Sierra Leone not excluded, for criminal activities. Language experts should thoroughly interrogate these criminals and, if found guilty, be put to trial or deported to their country of origin.
I am very confident that these two guys are 419 OGAS operating with the aid of some Sierra Leoneans.
I wish i were still in the Police Force to help investigate such a notorious crime, but i am confident the NEW POLICE will produce something better in their ionvestigations.
