APC Government’s Agenda for Change may perhaps influence changes in President Ernest Bai Koroma’s mannerism

Staging of a multicolored sketch of an Agenda for Change is just the first step in an effort to cater for resources that may perhaps be steered towards behavioral change. The question yet to be answered has to do with the messenger’s attitude. For instance, if President Dr Ernest Bai Koroma’s has failed his party’s organizers through appalling attitude, how can he effect change when he still maintains nonchalant attitude and disruptive behavior? President Koroma’s invectiveness concerning change in political behavior is to raise funds from the international community for other reasons but not for programs that ought to facilitate actual change in behavior. This is because he still has to change his outlook that is persistently affecting his constituents.

No matter what President Koroma does as long as his decision to dismantle APC North America remains unchallenged, you believe it or not his administration will remain to be very corruptive like his leadership. If the sayings of wise people that “charity begins at home” is true, one will not scruple to underscore that President Koroma will hardly or never bring positive behavioral changes in Sierra Leone’s political arena because he himself needs to be refined.

His corruptive behavior started by disorganizing his supporters in North America as he undermined the decision of his Vice President, His Excellency Chief Sam-Sumana, which corruptive presidential misdemeanor shattered APC political organizing even up to the time of writing this article. There is no guarantee that a leader with dreadful manners can ever facilitate good behavior among his constituents. As such, President Koroma’s anxiety for Attitudinal Change will fail miserably if he himself does not change his awful conduct.  He has to revisit America and reinstate the old APC administration until new elections in North America if he means business. I know that the monies he is accruing for attitudinal change will be used for another purpose, which makes such endeavor to appear like a white elephant project in the sense that its money will never reach its intended objective.

When eulogize chorals and concourse beggars start hailing heads of states like President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma for being diplomatic in begging for financial help towards fake projects like the so-called Attitudinal Change, it expresses political amusement based on its entrenched deceptive impression. The so-called President Koroma’s Agenda for Change is a theory of ripping off financial resources from the international community of communities. I panted like a mad dog when I read the words “Thursday 19 November 2009, President Koroma successfully presented his second Poverty Reduction or rather his Wealth Creation Strategy in a two-day conference in London” from an article contained in an online media outlet. Specifically, I laughed because I know that President Koroma’s behavior is so distateful that there is urgent need to refine it at first before thinking about how to approach his cohorts to follow sooth. The APC leadership has to at first challenge to change the behavior of cabinet ministers, members of parliament, Ambassadors and APC administrators before ever the APC leadership will attempt to engage in programs intended to influence changes in the attitudinal behavior of the citizenry. Partisan Sierra Leoneans who seem very famished for political appointments or to retain their jobs know how to coin words in an attempt to camouflage boisterous leaders like President Koroma by saying “the President could not attend the occasion because he was too engaged in spreading the canopy of business for the Sierra Leone economy”. How can a man in the right senses of his common sense heave that “the reception for President Koroma itself went on well despite the provocative occasion of the launching of “yesterday better pass tiday” album of Emmerson just few yards away”? This is a screwed up brain damage statement. Is it now that APC thugs know that Mr. Emmerson’s music is provocative when in 2007 his music was joyful to the APC? The author of that statement needs mental therapy for being so unintelligent in classifying Mr. Emmerson’s music as provocative.

Indeed, it was clear that President Koroma succeeded again in laying the foundation for financial help from the international community in the name of a fake project referred to as an “Agenda for Change”. If ever there will be positive change in the behavior of political leaders, may be it will take place after President Koroma’s administration because he himself is not ready for any positive change in his political behavior. Imagine that after thousands of Sierra Leoneans in the North America Diaspora had built a very strong foundation for the APC without any help from Africa, President Koroma in his capacity as leader of the APC decided to weirdly dismantle the majority of APC North America organizers and APC supporters for no just reason but to satisfy his ego. Is he the type of leader that you can engage in programs intended to transform the behavioral management and justice of his electorate? I don’t think so?

Yes, President Koroma has duped the international community again concerning his fake Attitudinal Behavioral program. Mr. admiring songster, watch your mind and make sure your brain is well engaged before you render your opinionated assertions about President Koroma or else you will feel disappointed before the end of his first term in office. The guy is so tall, huge and good looking that his physical appearance can fool any foreign investor, which outlook characteristics are his political baits in fishing international resources.

I just learned from the Ministry of Agriculture that poor farmers are expected to pay at least 10-15,000 U.S. dollars for the acquisition of one tractor, which to me is too much for the ordinary farmer in Sierra Leone. In fact where can Sierra Leoneans dealing with local currency obtain American dollars to purchase or lease a tractor?

The Ernest Bai Koroma”s rip-off APC government is not the type of government poor Sierra Leoneans are seeking for. How can a normal person with normal mind say that President Koroma has done it again? Again what? The United Nations, the European Union, the United States and the United Kingdom should do whatsoever it takes to set teams of financial expatriates as monitors based in Sierra Leone who ought to be monitoring and evaluating all World Bank, IMF, UN, USA, EU and so forth funded projects. Or else, the APC government of Ernest Koroma will squander most of the funds granted or loaned to Sierra Leone before the end of his first term in office because they know that their buttocks will be kicked out of office if they continue with preposterous governing.

Talking about President Koroma’s so-called “clear manifestation of this President’s sincerity and honesty” is ridiculous. A leader who bastardizes members of his political family like what President Koroma did to APC North America shouldn’t be trusted. For instance, if a parent demonstrates madness like what President Koroma did in an attempt to smashing up all efforts of his children (APC fans) for self satisfaction, who else will s/he not damage outside his family?

Thus, President Koroma appears to be a political outcast who has succeeded to use his loyalists in North America only to swindle them in the middle of the game. Oh Yea! “Doing the right business in Sierra Leone is ingrained in Dr Ernest Koroma’s genetic makeup”. That statement is very conflicting to what the public know about President Koroma.

If President Koroma’s genetic makeup impacts his leadership role, then one will not wonder why his administration is chaotic because he has chaotic traits. If President Koroma’s praise singers and street beggars know that the effectiveness of his leadership is affected by his traits, then would it be wise to take him to an alternative medicinal shrine in order to purify his arrogance? This article is open to logical and respectful discussions but not in any gossip forum.
