Bank robber in court
Abdul Watson Bah a Sierra Leonean businessman of 21 Manuh Street, Bo city was arraigned on Friday March 9 before Magistrate Steven Conteh of Court No. 2 to answer count charges of conspiracy to defraud contrary to Sections (13)(1) laws of Debtors Act of 1869.
The businessman, according to his particulars of offense obtained a loan credit on diverse dates between the 1st to the 31st October 2011 at the First International Bank Sierra Leone Limited ,Bo branch, in the Bo judicial District Southern Province in the Republic of Sierra Leone.
Abdul Watson conspired with another person, unknown to defraud the bank a well sum of Le150 million under false pretenses.
He was granted bail in the tune Le30 million and the matter was adjoined to March 14, 2012.
