Man City in Sierra Leone: Armani and bus updates
Further to our report in September 2011 on Founder and chairman of MCFC Supporters’ Club Sierra Leone, Armani Sheku Kamara, visiting Manchester City squad during the 2010/11 season and the delivery of the MCFC Supporters’ Club Sierra Leone team bus donated by Manchester City supporters.
The following video provides an update on the impact the bus has on the team and the community.
Armani has played a pivotal role in the formation, organisation and upkeep of the football team and the integration of the bus into daily life in Freetown and things have moved on apace over the past 12 months. Following videos show Armani meeting the players, touring the stadium and facilities, and attending a Manchester City game and viewing it from the personal box of Wayne Bridge at the Manchester City ground.
