Strasser back in Milan

According a reliable source from Milan yesterday stated to Sierra Express Media that AC Milan and Sierra Leonean Midfielder Rodney Strasser’s loan to Lecce has been terminated and he is back in Milan.

The aggressive midfielder early in October 2011 expressed his willingness to return to his parent club. Strasser 21, has been very important for his country of birth playing in all international competitions including the victory against Egypt and Niger in the African Cup of Nations qualifier in Freetown last year.

Strasser who joined Milan in 2007 was given his debut match by former Chelsea Coach Carlo Ancelotti in 2008 when Milan thrashed Udinesse 5-1.

He went in to score his first goal against Cagliari on Jan 6, 2011. If the news is anything to go by the Sierra Leonean will be hoping to play for Milan in the ongoing champion’s league.

Another report on the Lecce website states that they have also sold Algerian international Djamel Mesbah to the Italian champions as well.
