Banguras hit again for AIK

Sierra Leonean and AIK Slona prolific strikers Mohamed Bangura alias Pobosky and Ibrahim Bangura alias Teteh continue to excel as they scored one goal each to give their club a 2-0 victory over Malmo FF in Allsvenskan, Swedish top division league on Sunday.

Poborsky got the first goal in the 17th minute and Teteh accounted for the second a minute after the interval. The two Sierra Leonean Promising ‘stars’ as they are referred to at AIK Solna played for the entire match.

Poborsky has now scored three goals so far in the ongoing Swedish league whilst Teteh has now netted five as he remains AIK top goal scorer.

The victory takes AIK to 5th position in the league Standings with 17 points from 11 matches.

The two players were on target for their country’s senior national team Leone Stars in the team’s last two matches in the qualifiers of the 2012 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Teteh scored against Niger in Freetown on June 4, to give Leone Stars a 1-0 win and it marked his first senior international goal.

Poborsky too scored against Niger but it was away in Niamey and they lost 3-1. It was also his first senior international goal.

Meanwhile, Leone Stars first choice goalkeeper Christian Caulker was given a straight red card 10 minutes to time as his side Vasteras SK lost 1-0 to Ljungskile SK. Vasteras are still in the relegation zone, in 15th position.
