Muslims remember Imam Khomeini’s death

In his path, the cultural Chancellor Islamic Republic of Iran, Ghezel Sofla, cited Imam Khomeini’s selfless ventures in the area of the development of youths and the continuation of the assignment of past prophets.

He said Imam Khomeini nursed the talents of youths and until his death made several achievements and successes.

He furthered that Imam Khomeini prepared the ground for the development of youths and he was the sun that penetrated for the benefit of all.

“One cannot separate Imam Khomeini from the route of the Holy Prophet Mohamed, “ he concluded, adding that, “Imam Khomeini taught youths to be independent and self reliant.”

Chief Imam Freetown Central Mosque, Sheik Ahmad Tejan Sillah, noted however that it is the fear of the Almighty God that makes people succeed in their undertakings.

He outlined struggles undergone by Imam Khomeini towards the success of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.

He urged all to know that once you are for the Almighty Allah the enemies will not go against you.

A journalist, Alpha R. Jalloh, maintained that Iran is one of the fastest growing nations in the world.

He said Imam Khomeini tried to broaden the minds of the youths and urged them to be proud of their culture.

Sheik Ahmed Bah of Masjid Salaam, Brookfield’s said, according to Imam Khomeini, people should offer their five daily prayers, put on simple dress, reduce their period of sleep, help the needy and so on.
