SLPP Aspirant Dragged To Court
An SLPP aspirant for party leadership, Dr. Anthony Kakpindi Soyei, Wednesday 24th appeared before Magistrate Steven Conteh of Court I to answer to two count charges of Larceny and Trespass.
In the particulars of offence it is stated that on dates Sunday 1st November 2006 and Thursday 30et 2006, at Komba Kpakoi Drive Hill station Freetown, the accused stole ten trips of sand valued three million five hundred thousand, property of compliant Henry Komba Kpakoi.
In his testimony, complainant Henry Komba Kakpoi disclosed how the accused, on diverse dates in 2006, stole sand at his Hill Station resident trips of sand.
The matter was adjoined to Thursday 25th and accused granted bail in the sum of five million Leones and a surety in the like sum.
Accused is represented by lawyer Yada Willams.
