Afsatu, one time Fisheries Minister, was arraigned by the ACC before Justice Samuel Ade-Musu of High Court 2, on twelve counts charge of corruption related offences.
Sources say notices have been served to respective legal counsel, informing them of High Ccourt No. 2’s resolve to hand down a decision on the matter.
It could be recalled that the Afsatu vs ACC matter was concluded months ago.
Either side: the ACC and Afsatu defenses have had their ears wide open, waiting to hear from Justice Samual Ade- Musu on a date for delivery of judgment.
It has reached desk of this press that Justice Samuel Ade-Musu is set, ready to deliver a clean and undiluted decision.
Sources say the officials of ACC are scary over the up and coming verdict and have since been in a worry to have such a verdict read.
Sierra Leoneans are said to have had their minds focused and want the High Court to announce a decision without delay.
