Kanu also revealed the Lungi police and the civil populace will map out strategies which he said will “put a stop to the current state of insecurity which is very common within the environment,” he said.
According to Max Kanu, this meeting, which he said will be ongoing, will take place on Thursdays and Fridays. “This meeting will serve as a way of rebuilding the lost confidence between the civil populace and the law enforcement officials.
“That is why we will sooner or later introduce house to house search to ensure that any landlord involved in harboring an armed robber will be immediately prosecuted through the due process of the law.
