With love from Zain
Wednesday 9th June Zain did it again. Seemingly it appears that there’s no stopping them. They continue to lovingly love their ‘family’ making them happy and keeping them happy. A wonderful world indeed one can definitely conclude about Zain from all the care and support they incessantly continue to bestow on their numerous and valued customers.
In relation to the Zain Football Promotion to South Africa for their loving customers, Clara Jeneba Thomas was the last lucky winner to win one of the prize tickets. Unfortunately she has stated with disappointment that she can’t make it as she’ll be getting married during that period. “As much as I’ll love to see my favorite players, I cherish getting married to my heart more. I’ve been trying for 16 years to get him to take a walk with me down the aisle. I can’t let that moment go now,†Clara jokingly confided. Left in a quandary as to what to do with the ticket Zain came to the rescue by giving her the opportunity to choose ten numbers of her choice of which one would be the lucky winner to reclaim the much valued ticket.
A fair process just like the finals, a raffle draw was held at the Zain Headquarters and witnessed by some staff of the Zain Team, the media and family of Clara Thomas. A moment of suspense hung in the air as the numbers rolled by finally settling on 076676585- Abdul Kamara, of Kenema, and a cousin of Clara. “Football is Abdul’s life and it is only fitting that he gets to go witness the world Cup in South Africa,†members of the family stated.
Moses Bayoh an Uncle of Clara expressed his appreciation and thanked Zain profusely for their loyalty, transparency and love. “I’ve bought Zain phones for every member of my immediate family simply because Zain is the best, they accomplish what others only dream aboutâ€, Moses Bayoh happily confided in his brief speech.
The Commercial Director of Zain the admirable Keith Tukei stated that he would have loved to go witness the World Cup but he loves even more the fact that Zain has made its subscribers happy. “What we have done is a concession because we understand Clara’s situation, we are in her shoes and we are one familyâ€, Mr. Tukei explained. He wished Ms. Clara Jeneba Thomas the best of luck on her ‘finals’ which will kick off on 11th July.
Zain has not only given these tickets to members of its family but also paid all expenses that come with the trip and more. This is a first in history and Zain has made that history. The tickets which access ringside seats for the matches have not come in yet but Mr. Tukei soothed that they will be here long before the lucky winner departure in the 9th July and confided that the coupons for their accommodation at a hotel, and not just any hotel but a five star one with all expenses paid for has already come in. A big thanks to Zain as we are all one family and it gladdens our hearts that members of our family were given the opportunity to witness this great event probably the biggest in Africa.
