Fake New Resized Bank Notes Cabal Exposed
What might lead to the uncovering of the source of fake new bank notes have been uncovered by the Sierra Leone Police when a man who is to help the police in the investigation is said to have been nabbed on May 26, 2010.
Local Unit Commander of ‘B’ division Chief Superintendent of police, William Fayia Sellu disclosed to journalists that police personnel have arrested one Francis Kargbo of New Site Waterloo with 13 fake new resized Ten Thousand Leones notes on Tuesday May 25th 2010, along PWD junction in Kissy Freetown. LUC Sellu further disclosed that Francis Kargbo was about to purchase some provisions with the money when he ran out of luck as neighbors alerted the police and the police swiftly responded to the call were Francis Kargbo was eventually searched and the 13 fake new resized notes discovered in his possession.
Police investigation reveals that the fake resized notes serial numbers were the same. Francis Kargbo has divulged to the police that the fake resize notes were given to him by a close fried of his and he is determined to help the police with their investigation that will lead to the arrest of his friend. It will be recalled that this is not the first time SCP William Fayia Sellu has been arresting people in dubious activities. When the free Medicare was launched a month ago at PCMH his division was the first in Sierra Leone to arrest people selling the drugs in broad day light and the offenders are now in court facing the full penalty of the law.
Ever since he took up command as LUC ‘B’ division he has done a lot to reduce the fear of crime at ‘B’ division. Raids are an ongoing process in his area of responsibility and people say he is one of the best LUC in the Sierra Leone police as he does not compromise corruption. He is being feared for his discipline nature and his dedication to duty.
