Rotifunk Residents extol Lungi Arab Clinic
Hundreds of Rotifunk indigenes and other nearby neighbors in Lungi Town have commended the Lungi Arab Clinic which is situated at 43 Mahera Road, Rotifunk ,Lungi for providing quality and affordable medical services with a ten bed capacity building designed specifically for women and children.
According to some pregnant women and lactating mothers at Rotifunk Village, the management of Lungi Arab Clinic is really working in the interest of the people which is why they have erected a ten bed capacity clinic centre for women and children’s care giving.
The satisfied indigenes told this medium that the management of Lungi Arab Clinic has been providing quality medical services for many residents residing at Rotifunk noting that people also access good drugs with minimal charges in a bid to complement government’s effort in the health sector by extension.
They said the management has always employed qualify doctors who were high professional in saving lives adding that the Rotifunk village has been benefiting hugely from the Arab Clinic operations especially with regards to quality health service delivery system.
“We can now feel safe in terms of accessing quality health care system during emergencies instead of going far distances to access the only government hospital, Lungi Town”, adding that they are very much grateful to have such clinic that can provide immediate health services in our surrounding villages and towns,”said Rotifunk Residents.
“We were happy to have a clinic closer to us with qualified doctors and that we will continue to embrace this Arab Clinic for our daily health checkup for us and our off springs”, suckling mothers and pregnant women noted.
They said though the clinic is new in the Mahera vicinity but they have able to provide quality nursing training facility for young girls and that all their drugs were packaged for medical purposes.
They said the clinic has initially embarked on Malaria reduction strategy to ensure that many communities benefit from quality malaria drugs in a bid to promote healthy living amongst residents in Rotifunk and beyond.
They commended the management for recruiting young people into the field of medicine with standard training on drug prescriptions and treatment and concluded that the clinic always maintains standards in term of care giving service especially to pregnant women and lactating mothers.
