Tanue International Introduces New Textbooks for WASSCE Pupils
Tanue International, a business enterprise operates at 9 Howe Street in Freetown has imported seven new textbooks in Sierra Leone for pupils offering commercial subjects especially those that are preparing for the West Africa Senior Secondary School WASSCE.
According to the management of Tanue International, the new textbooks form part of their cooperate social responsibility to help the ruling Government led by His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio in his thirst for free and quality education in the country. The Manager of Tanue International, Mr. Alpha Tanue Jalloh said that the seven new text books introduced were authored and written by a Sierra Leonean, Mr. Abdul Karim Gasgow now of blessed memory. He said that the books will help pupils with both theory and practical knowledge which he described as very helpful to pupils.
He stated that the titles of the books are essential business management volume one, Principles and practice of marketing, Financial Accounting Volume one reversed edition, Essential of Cost Accounting which he said are very essential for pupils desiring to attain academic excellence. He stated that the books are also useful for students in charity institutions especially those that preparing for the NCTVA, ICM and ABE exams.
He said that they have started distributing the textbooks to schools across the country.
