Police Crack Down on Clique

The Local Unit Commander (LUC) of Goderich Divisional Headquarters, Superintendent Ambrose Sovula, has disclosed to Journalists that he has ordered the destruction of several clique bases and that fourteen clique youths have been arrested.

Making the disclosure over the weekend, he stated that the Police received a tip off from patriotic citizens living in the community that some clique youths are terrorizing unarmed civilians, carting away millions of Leones.

Superintendent Sovula added that when these youths were rounded up, they were found with dangerous weapons like knives, cutlasses, bayonet, daggers, axes, saw blades and cannabis sativa.

According to him, statements have been obtained from them and they will appear in court this week. He called on the public to corporate with the Police by giving them information that will help in the reduction of crime rate in the country as the Police cannot work alone.
