Plan International Sierra Leone has allocated funds to support line ministries in terms of office equipment and intends to use part of this fund for the procurement of a 110 KVA Perkins generator for donation to one of these Ministries.
Plan International Sierra Leone now invites sealed bids from eligible, competent, and reliable suppliers for the supply of the under mentioned :-

Your bid should clearly state the following information with the necessary documents:

- Delivery period after receipt of Order
- Terms of payment
- A copy of a valid registration of Incorporation
- Valid NRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate
- Names of Director and Particulars
- Company profile
- Warranty period
- After Sales facilities
- Authorization for the sale of such product

Also note that, as part of our agreement with the Government of Sierra Leone, Plan Sierra Leone is obliged to deduct 5% withholding tax for any agreement that will be reached with you and such money will be paid directly to the National Revenue Authority on your behalf.
