Invitation for Bids – National Competitive Bidding (NCB)
Procurement Number BoDC/ADMIN/DSDP-RCHP-GoSL/001/2016
Funds have been allocated to the Bo District Council from the Government of Sierra Leone , Decentralised Service Delivery Programme(DSDP) 2 and Reproductive and Child Health Programme (RCHP) and intend to apply the proceeds to eligible payments under these Contracts for Rehabilitations of Wells, Schools, Health center and Construction of Health center.
Bo District Council acting on behalf of Government of Sierra Leone, Decentralised Service Delivery Programme(DSDP) 2 and Reproductive and Child Health Programme (RCHP)now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders as follows:

Bidders may bid for only one lot.
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with Sierra Leone Public Procurement Act, 2004 and Guidelines Procurement of Works.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document from the Office of the Procurement Officer, Bo District Council, Bo-Taiama Highway Bo Southern Province, Sierra Leonebetween9: 00am – 5: 00pm (Sierra Leone Time)from Mondays to Fridays.
Bidding documents may be purchased and collected by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SLL300, 000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Leones). Bids must be delivered to the office of the Procurement Officer, Bo District Council, Bo-Taiama Highway, Bo Southern Province, Sierra Leone and. All bids must be accompanied by:
- Council/ Municipal Registration Certificate
- Copy of Renewed business registration certificate
- Up to date M.O. W Registration Certificate
- Signed Site Visit Report
Bids will be opened on Wednesday 4th May 2016 at 9:00am (Sierra Leone Time) in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room, Bo District Council, Bo-Taiama Highway, Bo Southern Province, Sierra Leone.
