MOFED set to engage stakeholders

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (MOFED) is set to engage stakeholders on the benefit and impact of the activity based budgeting approach in Sierra Leone, our reliable sources have disclosed.

Further source reveal that MOFED will engage stakeholders like Ministers, Members of Parliament, Civil Society Organizations, Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), Councilors among others on Friday 25^th September this year.

This meeting that was expected to be held Friday, 18^th September, was postponed to Friday 25^th because most of the stakeholders that were to attend were busy addressing the natural disaster caused by heavy downpour of rain on the 16^th of September that destroyed lives and properties leaving thousands homeless, report states.
