48 yr old teacher in High Court on sexual abuse charges
After preliminary investigation, Magistrate Alhaji Sulaiman Koroma of the Kenema Magistrate Court committed to the High Court a 48-year-old teacher, Dominic Moinina Lahai who stands accused of sexually penetrating an eighteen-year-old girl on Sunday, 15th March, 2015 at Kortuhun Village in the Lower Bambara Chiefdom, Kenema Judicial District.
The accused was arrested by DCP 8814 Koroma. K and the matter is prosecuted by Sergeant 4938 Laundeh attached to the Justice and Legal Support Department at the Kenema Police Station. The accused has been granted bail in the sum of Le20m and two sureties.
