John Karimu’s double role game secret behind the continued brouhaha in SLPP

According to reports gathered by our political reporter, it is the manipulation of the very Dons of the party that sharpened the knife to dissect the party.

The issue here is John Karimu – how honest and reliable is John Karimu to the party?

In Bo, John Karimu was part of the Electoral College that put in place the present executive. This same John Karimu has teamed up with Ambassador Alie Bangura to drag SLPP to court. This scenario sparked up the latest attempt by the youths to mob him about two weeks ago, when he was seen accompanying Alie Bangura to court.

The meteoric rise of even John Karimu and the other junta guys to key positions in the SLPP exposes how uncritical they are in electing/selecting people in to high profile positions within the party.

But even as a political chameleon, John Karimu could have played the game by being loyal to the party or at least display a semblance of it.

One thing party members of the APC could be praised for is their loyalty to their party: Hon Victor Foh, Eddie Turay, etc/\., are a few cases to cite for emulation by the political ‘’turncoats’’ in the SLPP.

What this press has gathered is that the seeming violence in the SLPP is not aimed at any member of the public or even other party members, but those in the party that have been materially blessed by party fund and now displaying disloyalty and unfaithfulness.

To this end, it seems the party youths are not prepared to tolerate any of their former ‘‘heavy weights’’ to undermine the peaceful existence of the party house.

“John ‘should take heed, or be prepared to face further embarrassment from us’’, was what was gathered from the youths, when visited at the party house.

Comments: If it is true that John Karimu has teamed up with Alie Bangura against the SLPP, then there is a reason to believe that he is not a reliable party supporter, for which reason, he deserves the molestation.
