Invitation to Bid – Mini buses

The National Telecommunications Commission (NATCOM) has received allotted funds from its 2015 budget for the procurement of two vehicles and now invites sealed bids for the supply of 2 (two) mini buses.
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate that they have the financial and technical capabilities to provide after sale services for the vehicles and must show evidence of Manufacturer’s Authorisation or Representative.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between the hours of 9:30 pm to 4:00 pm daily starting the 13th July 2015. Bidding documents may be purchased upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Le500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Leones)
The Chairman Procurement Committee National Telecommunications Commission 13 Regent Road, Hill Station, FreetownBidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the Rules and Regulations governing public procurement. (THE NPPA ACT OF 2004 and NPPA REGULATIONS 2006)
Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 17th July 2015 at 12:00 noon. All bids must be accompanied by:
- Bid Security of Le 20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million Leones)
- A valid business registration and renewal certificates
- A valid NRA/Tax Certificate
- A valid NASSIT Certificate if applicable
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who chose to attend, on 17th July 2015 at 12:20 pm in the conference room of the National Telecommunications Commission, 13 Regent Road, Hill Station, Freetown. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders. Bids shall not be submitted electronically or through facsimile.
