Freetown, Oct. 3, 014 (MOHS) – The Ministry of Health and Sanitation has expressed concern over allegations that the burial teams in the Ebola Response are demanding money from bereaved families before convening corpses to the cemetery for burial

The Ministry would like the general public to know that all burials carried out by the Burial Teams are FREE OF COST.

The general public is advised not to pay for any burial service, and hereby encouraged to report any such practices to authorities in the Health Ministry or the nearest Police Station for legal action.
