Bo DMO to account

If the allegations are anything to go by then the District Medical Officer (DMO) of the Bo Government Hospital, Dr. Alhaji Samie Turay, must be brought to book for funds allegedly squandered by him and his cohorts.

According to several allegations levied against Dr. Alhaji Samie Turay, the DMO has now taken over all financial transactions, even fuel transactions are presently done by him, irrespective of government lay down rules.

The source furthered that Dr. Alhaji Samie Turay and Matron Nancy Bayoh must be investigated on several allegations for chopping state funds meant for several official purposes.

Sources further pointed out that over the past 2-3 years Dr. Turay and Matron Nancy Bayoh have organized themselves into a kabbal to chop public funds at will.

The same source has revealed that the DMO and his kabbal do not seek the interest and welfare especially of the supporting and junior staff of the hospital like cleaners and drivers working with them.

When contacted, Dr. Turay said if the ACC should go to his office for questioning he will admit whatever is true.
