According to media reports in Swaziland, the country’s national team Sihlangu head coach Harries ‘Madze’ Bulunga is in no doubt about his players attitude, as all his players reported in time for their training camp ahead of Thursday’s departure for Freetown.  Pic Darren McKinstry – Abdulai Bell taking Sifiso ‘Tjovitjo’ Maseko, who could be out of action for at least two weeks

Another report has indicated to SEM Sport UK that Bulunga has considered his option with serious injury to right back Sifiso ‘Tjovitjo’ Maseko, who could be out of action for at least two weeks. It is understand the player was forced to watch the squad’s training session from the sidelines after twisting his knee during the evening training session.

Another setback is Sabelo ‘Sawa’ Gamedze who was also released from camp a fortnight ago after falling sick with no options in his position.

However, after their training session at the Somhlolo National Stadium yesterday, the coach said he was happy despite injuryworries amongst the players after the first leg 1-1 draw in the AFCON qualifiers last Sunday, most of them were back training in preparation for the second leg.

“All players are back and training fully. These include strikers Sandile Hlatshwayo and Barry Steenkamp, who suffered a muscle pull last week,” he said

The coach further stated that the players were focused and looking forward to the second leg of the clash to be played in Freetown, Sierra Leone this weekend.

“The players believe they can play better away from home and considering our performance in recent games, it is possible. I can only hope that this spirit will continue to prevail,” he said.
