Worries over missing WPC Salamatu Kabia

The whereabouts of Woman Police Constable (WPC) Salamatu Kabia are still unknown following death threats from notorious clique members who are often hired by some influential but corrupt and wealthy people to kill ordinary Sierra Leoneans.

From information gathered in May 2013, some relatives of the said WPC Salamatu Kabia were attacked and killed for failing to give information about Salamatu’s whereabouts.

The helpless woman who was only trying be to loyal by exposing the corrupt practices of some officials forced herself into exile because she was unsafe and unprotected as her hired clique members of the death squad in Moyamba District, south of Sierra Leone wanted her dead or alive.  WPC Salamatu-Kabia had no choice but to run for her dear life was in danger.
