District Traffic Officer restores sanity in central business district

Latest reports reaching this press have indicated that the District Traffic Officer (DTO) of ‘D’ Divisional Headquarters in Kissy, Inspector Victoria Isatu Sesay, with her team of dedicated Police personnel, has succeeded in restoring sanity in the central business district of Freetown popularly known as Bengazi this month.

This was made known to this paper by the National Traffic Coordinator of the Sierra Leone Police, Superintendent Ambrose Michael Sovula who described Inspector Victoria Sesay as a dedicated Officer, firm, focused, result oriented and a perfect administrator.

According to him, she has been able to satisfy senior officers of the Executive Management Board (EMB) about her performance and integrity.

Our own investigations have revealed that this is not the first time Inspector Sesay has also brought sanity to Kissy and its environs where lawlessness among drivers has been seriously curtailed.
