New Nigerian leader, others welcome President Koroma to Nigeria

Accompanied by Nigeria’s Foreign and International Cooperation Minister Chief Ojo Maduekwe, Acting President Good Luck Jonathan was received by Sierra Leone’s Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Madam Zainab Hawa Bangura and Sierra Leone’s High Commissioner to the Federal Republic of Nigeria H.E. Henry O. Macauley, before being led into the presidential suite at the Hotel Nicon Hilton in central Abuja.

Earlier, the outgoing President of the Economic Community of West African States Commission Dr. Mohamed Ibn Chambas, accompanied by his aides, visited President Ernest Bai Koroma and had a briefing with him at the same hotel suite.

Soon after his arrival, President Ernest Bai Koroma, Foreign Minister Madam Zainab Hawa Bangura, and H.E. Henry O Macauley visited his Colleague President Blaise Campoare of Burkina Faso.

Former Nigerian Leader Abdul salami Abu Bakarr also paid a courtesy call on President Koroma Monday evening.
