Alleged Murder in Pujehun – Boyfriend Detained
Police Officers in Jendema on the Sierra Leone-Liberia border, Pujehun District, are reported to be investigating and alleged murder involving a boyfriend and a girlfriend.
Reports say the boyfriend, Samai Sama of Gisiwulo in the Makpele Chiefdom, was recently hunted down, apprehended and detained for allegedly murdering his girlfriend, Isata Kanneh whose remains were discovered under a farm hut in a nearby bush at Gisiwulo in Makpele Chiefdom where the boyfriend reportedly invited the deceased to harvest cassava.
Our sources reveal that the boyfriend was in hiding for two weeks before he was grabbed by the Zimmi police who took him to the Jendema police. Our investigation reveals that the boyfriend had long been vehemently accusing the dead girlfriend of being in love with another guy. Reports reveal that one day, the boyfriend invited the girlfriend to harvest cassava in a nearby bush but that that both of them never returned to Gisiwulo till the corpse of the girlfriend was discovered and the boyfriend arrested two weeks later.
