Kofi Addai dedicates trophy to wife

The runner-up in the veteran category of the just-concluded squash tourney at the Armed Forces Squash Club, Wilberforce, has dedicated his silver trophy to his wife, Hanifa Izara Addai.

Kofi Addai said he presented the trophy to Izara because she is the brain behind the success of the competition that he won. “She is a motivator who will always ensure that I train regularly and no wonder I was outstanding in the just-concluded Africell-sponsored Squash Tournament,” Addai remarked, adding that he will continue to train hard for future tournaments as his level of playing has improved dramatically in recent times.

Over 70 squash players competed in the 8 days tournament held at the Armed Forces Squash Club at Wilberforce.

Addai who doubles as the Secretary-General of the club thanked all who participated in the tournament and promised all that another tournament will be organized soon by the club executive.
