Business woman clinches Airtel’s Le 20 million in 4040 grand draw
Airtel’s 4040 SMS trivia promotion has ended with Mrs. Gloria June Olu Collier (in photo) with mobile number 076 600 944 emerging as winner of Le 2o million.
At a press conference at their head office in Freetown on the 12th December, Commercial Director Keith Tukei congratulated Madam Collier stating that he hoped the winning will not be the last from Airtel. “Airtel will continue to show love to its valued subscribers as we want to be the most loved brand in the world and in Sierra Leone”. Keith advised Madam Collier to use the money wisely and to serve as an ambassador for Airtel.
Airtel Sierra Leone’s Value Added Executive, Abubakarr Barrie, said that this 4040 is the fourth edition and very soon the fifth edition will be launched.
The 4040 game ran through August to December in which Le 2 million was given out daily, Le 10 million weekly, and a grand prize of Le 20 million. Abubakarr confirmed that the grand prize money will be given to Madam Collier (in photo) via Airtel Money bank transfer.
In totality, Airtel spent Le 300 million in this 4040 SMS trivia game.
Madam Collier expressed her gratitude to Airtel and promised to maintain her Airtel number. She revealed that she is a business woman doing her business at We Yone Processing Food Enterprise. Madam Collier said she was a surprised to receive such a call from Airtel. “I promise to serve as an ambassador for Airtel,” Madam Collier ended.
