Nellie George’s Fireworks Hit Freetown in December
Nellie George is one of Sierra Leone’s finest exports in the United Kingdom. The 28 year old Freetown born commercial model is currently darkening the walls of modeling and the fashion stock market in a grand style in London, England since her graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in business two years ago.
Nellie has a background in art, performing arts, drama, dance, and business. She has just returned to London from a tour of the United States of America where she was on America’s top 18 models shortlist. She’s has over 2,000 images in her portfolio with quite handy image rights. She personally set up some of the photo shoots and took the other shots from occasions she attended with creative and well thought concepts. Some of those concepts include bondage, Virginia, beach swimwear, Ann Summers lingerie, beauty, Halloween, winter collection 2011/2012, Apple, Ford and Lincoln cars, Honda bike, horse shoot, implied nude and several studio shoots. Nellie also entered the DMV International competition of the year and 2011 America’s next top model, Clubwear and swimwear 2012, Africa and Indian wear 2012, and was one of the presenters of Miss Sierra Leone @50 which went remarkably well.
Fireworks are set to blight the capital of Freetown in December, when she will be pairing up with different presentations including signposts, star showdown, fashion, and cataloging, not as a rooster coming home to breed, she is visiting to showcase what she has and to see what influence her experience will create.
The choice for December is not a coincidence – December is a festive month throughout Sierra Leone. It is a period during which Sierra Leoneans from all corners of the world come home to converge using the vacation and yuletide season as a grooming point to socialize.
