Marching down the aisle of November polls

The clock is ticking, the drums of political rhythms seem to be echoing sounds itching the ears of pundits and voters alike, as we are taking a giant step marching down the aisle of the November polls. The outcome of this result will prove the test of time of how far we have gone in our democratic resolve.

The hour is nigh to prove to foes and critics aloud that ‘un-divine visions’ coined by detractors and enemies of this nation, that the polls are going to be marred with violence and divided-ness, will not have a place in our society.  We have come a long-way to perfect our democracy, though we still have challenges to overcome, but we must embrace them as part of the dynamics in understanding human institutional society.

We believe in the spirit of democracy, we’ve proved it once, let us do it again and herald this nation into contemporary nations that have protected their social and political integrity.

We have scored an “A+” according to report of the Human Right Commission Sierra Leone on maintaining and up-keeping human rights records, though it could be given a political flavor that only one man stands to claim the accolade, yet it cannot be agreed on the level of national credence, as it cannot be credited without the effort of all who have demonstrated civility and sense of patriotism in keeping our own bargain to maintain peace and open human society for all to express one’s views.
