Tottering Fence Kills Okada Rider

According to Musa Fofanah the landlord of the deceased, at around 6:00 am he heard a strange sound behind the house where the deceased lived, adding that he went to the scene to find out what the matter was and suddenly met Yusuf Mansaray (the deceased) lying dead with the cement fence on top of him.
He revealed that Yusuf Mansaray had been his tenant for several years now without any problems pointing the fence was not properly constructed as it was done by his neighbor Ibrahim Sorie Kamara past August during the rains and it was suspected that the collapsed fence was not firm on the ground.
The Bike Riders Association took the deceased to Kabala for burial after postmortem yesterday 3rd September.
The matter is still being investigated by the Kissy Police Station.
